Catablu Grille

Excellent service, exceedingly friendly staff. Literally everyone we interacted with was super friendly, asking us whether it was our first time there, if we had questions, what we were celebrating, etc. Very cognizant regarding allergy concerns. Menu clearly states what is gluten free. Food and drinks were delicious (crispy brussel sprouts for appetizer, pan roasted salmon and apple blueberry salad with chicken for entree, pineapple martini and sneaky lavender). Definitely will visit again.

The entire experience was great from start to finish. I ordered the My Way or the Highway Burger/fries, a drink called ‘Sweet Heat’ and the Apple Tart/Cinnamon Ice Cream. They started us off with bread/crackers with butter and some type of chopped olive spread. Everything was delicious. The decor is very nice and our server was awesome! I can’t wait to return. I would say dress up a little, this is not an Applebees. 😉

I always forget about this gem of a restaurant but every-time I come back my expectations are exceeded! The food is always amazing, the service prompt and the atmosphere is a vibe. I visited a few Fridays ago and decided to come back in a few weeks to celebrate my birthday! If you are tired of Eddie’s, Biaggi, chops and etc don’t forget about this place!

I came for a new food experience and we received just that! I was made to feel extremely comfortable and seen. From the maître d, waitress to the fully involved manager, your personal service was truly appreciated. I was amazed at the decor, especially the cleanliness. Not an insect in the place... A+++. We enjoyed the food, well seasoned. I noticed there wasn't any salt and pepper on the table which was assuring that the chef was confident in their dishes... A+++. The atmosphere was so laid back and totally refreshing. From researching the menu, I was prepared for an exquisite dining experience to share with my son and his wife to celebrate his upcoming 🎂 birthday. My recommendation to anyone is to 🙏 please give this restaurant a try. Bring your pocketbook full. But you won't be disappointed. I'm not sure if it's reservation only, but I made mine online in advance.

How have we not been to this lovely gem? We decided to try it during Savor FW for a date night. The atmosphere, service, and food are all top-notch. We were greeted at the door by the owner, and later the GM came by our table to check on us. Very nice. Everything we ate was delicious! Chop-Chop salad, Crab Cakes, and Italian Chicken Meatloaf plus Carrot Cake for dessert. They have a good variety of beers, wine, and cocktails as well. Loved the decor, and the fireplace gives it a cozy feel. We will definitely be back and look forward to trying more items from their menu. Thank you Catablu Grille for keeping it classy in the Fort!

Had a dinner party here for our office staff 11-22-2022. Server (Jessica) and Bartender (?) were very friendly and took care of us promptly and efficiently. Dinner menu had great choices and the food was impeccable. Steaks were cooked to perfection at Medium Rare. Mixed drinks were well poured and tasty. Overall atmosphere was quiet, inviting, and cozy for either a party of two or in a group setting such as ours. Will definitely return to try other menu items and for the service!

My wife and I were celebrating our 5 yr anniversary. I made reservations, and wanted to add a personal touch to our table. Jared (the general manager) called me, and asked me if I was sure that I wanted the patio, as it was going to be kind of cold outside. His solution was to move us to the inside near their fireplace. He also took into account that there was going to be a party of 8 in the area and asked if it was okay that we sat somewhere that we can have privacy. The reservations were on time, and the staff was very helpful. Andrew, our host was very attentive, yet not invasive. He was very professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Our food was exactly as ordered, and came quickly. Wife ordered salmon, and I ordered ribeye (med rare). We also ordered the brussel sprouts, which were very good. Side note: I don't like brussel sprouts if that tells you anything. The drinks we ordered (mojito & blue buffalo) were on point and very well made as well. This is my new favorite restaurant, my old favorite was a toss up between Copper Spoon and Baker Street
